Pursuant to the by‐laws of the Pumphouse Theatre Society (the “Society”) this serves as the formal notice of the 50th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Society which will be held at the following time, date, and location:

Location: Victor Mitchell Theatre, Pumphouse Theatre 2140 Pumphouse Ave SW Calgary, AB T3C 3P5
A formal agenda, minutes of the 49th Annual General Meeting, and written reports will be available at the door. There will be a small holiday gathering to follow the AGM.
