How to Register

We are so excited that you’ve chosen us to help your child build skills and have fun!

Here is how our registration process works:

STEP ONE:

Take a look through our class or camp options and decide which one works best for you.

STEP TWO:

Click on the registration link on the session website and pick your chosen class or camp from the list.

STEP THREE:

Fill out the online registration form using your child’s information, except for when it asks for parent information.
If you are registering more than one child in the same class or camp, add additional children when you get to the page guest registration.
Once completed and submitted you will receive an automatic email with your confirmation.
Haven’t received the confirmation? Check your spam folder.
If its not in your spam folder contact kelly@pumphousetheatre.ca to confirm registration.

STEP FOUR:

Submit payment. Our online portal doesn’t allow for payment at the time of registration.
Payment must be made within 14 calendar days of registration or your registration may be cancelled.
If registering for a class or camp using an early bird rate, the payment must be submitted by the early bird deadline for that class or camp.
Once payment is complete you are fully registered in your chosen class or camp.
Need to cancel, no problem. Up until 10 days prior to the start of any class or camp payment is refundable minus a $25 admin fee. Within 10 days of the start of any class or camp registration fees are non-refundable.

HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT:

ETRANSFER: email admin@pumphousetheatre.ca and include the full name of the participant and class title in the message section
PHONE: call 403.263.0079 ext 100 with a credit card (VISA or Mastercard) between the hours of 10am and 5pm Monday through Friday. If we don’t answer the phone right away leave us a message with your name and phone number and we’ll call you back. Please don’t leave your credit card information in the voicemail.
IN PERSON: we can schedule a date and time for payment to be made in person with debit, credit, cash, or cheque
MAIL: you can mail a cheque, made out to Pumphouse Theatres Society, to 214O Pumphouse Ave SW Calgary, AB T3C 3P5
